Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against defects in craftsmanship ONLY. Each JPM product is hand made to order. Therefore, aside from a few items, there is a wait time on all orders depending on their complexity and the size of the current queue of orders that JPM has at any given time. Estimated ship dates are given in each product description and give the average wait times per product. Should you need an item in a hurry or have a particular deadline that you need to make, please let us know so that we can accommodate you if possible.
