Ordering From Us

How long until my order ships?
Each JPM product is hand made to order. Therefore, aside from a few items, there is a wait time on all orders depending on their complexity and the size of the current queue of orders that JPM has at any given time. Estimated ship dates are given in each product description and give the average wait times per product. Should you need an item in a hurry or have a particular deadline that you need to make, please let us know so that we can accommodate you if possible. Please feel free to contact us anytime you should want an updated status of your order.
I placed my order but I changed my mind on an option. Can I change that option if my order has not shipped yet?
You are allowed to change any aspect of your order assuming the item you wish to change has not already been made or is in the process of being made. Most of the time, changes can be made with no additional costs at any point before production. Some items that require special materials, threads, or pattern changes will incur additional charges if changes are made after the order has been placed.
I received my order and it is incorrect. What do I do?
If for some reason your order is not correct, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible with no additional charges to you. We will make any shipping arrangements necessary to return the incorrect items back to us.
Where are my items made?
We are proud to design and produce our products in the United States of America. JPM Coachworks is located and creates all of our products in Temple, Georgia.
Where do I send my original items if I am requesting an installation service from JPM?
If you ordered an item that requires us to alter your factory piece or install our product, please send your items to us with either a printed copy of your order or a description of your order along with contact information to us at: JPM Coachworks 59 Wildwood Drive Temple, GA 30179

Returns, Repair, and Warranty

I have damaged one of my JPM products. Can I send it in for repair?
Our products represent our company and our pursuit for excellence. We will do our best to make sure your JPM products are in top condition at all times. If at any time one of our products receives damage from wear or from an accident, please let us know and we will do what we can to either repair or replace the product at a reduced cost.
My order arrived damaged. What happens now?
If your order arrives damaged as a result of shipping, we will begin a claim process with the shipper and issue a replacement item for you. If the item arrives safely but has cosmetic or build issues, a replacement will be made immediately while shipping arrangements are made to have the original returned.
There seems to be a build issue or potential issue with one of my JPM products. What do I do?
At JPM Coachworks, we work to refine our skills and techniques to offer you the absolute best product possible. If for some reason at any time during your ownership of our products does it fail, break, come undone, or fall into disrepair due to craftsmanship issues, we will repair or replace your products free of charge. Our products are what represent our company and our values. We are here to ensure that they remain intact and in top shape for years to come. JPM Coachworks does not warranty or repair material damaged due to misuse or lack of proper care (i.e. cracked leather or ripped materials).
What is your return policy?
Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase against defects in craftsmanship ONLY. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on final-sale merchandise (sale items), custom-cut materials, special-order items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping and Core Exchanges

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! JPM Coachworks ships globally via the US Postal Service. We ship domestically via UPS Ground & UPS 3-Day Select. Please contact us with your information for shipping rates to any country. Most international packages are handled through the United States postal system. Arrangements can be made to have international packages shipped with other carriers as well if desired.
What is a core item or core exchange?
We offer a core exchange on some of the more popular or easily exchanged items in a vehicle. For example, if you purchased an item that was a core exchange item, we would make the product first and then send it to you. Upon receiving, you would pack up your stock/uncovered item and send it back to us for the cycle to continue. This way you do not have to be without that item in your car while you are waiting for us to make the new item.
I purchased a core exchange item. Where do I send my core once the new one arrives?
Please send your item back to us at: JPM Coachworks Core Return 59 Wildwood Drive Temple, GA 30179 Please be sure to include either a copy of your order or your contact information so that we can easily identify where the core came from and so that we can close out your order. Non returned cores will be billed to the customer as a purchased item.
Why can't I ship to my PO Box?
All website orders are shipped via UPS. Your PO Box is only accessible by the USPS and no other carrier. All website orders must therefore be shipped to a physical address where someone can take delivery of your item. If you require a shipment to an APO or PO Box, please contact JPM Coachworks directly.

Custom Orders & Requests

Do you do full interiors?
Absolutely. At JPM Coachworks, we pride ourselves in our ability to design and create unique interiors. While the accessories on our site are a great way to help customize an individual's smaller projects, we look forward to the larger projects that receive the full JPM treatment. Only then will you realize the extent of our capabilities and the full potential of your car's interior.
Do you handle special requests?
We look forward to any challenge and are eager to help accommodate your needs no matter the request. Just shoot us an email or give us a call. We'd be happy to talk with you about your project.
I can't find an option I would like on your website. Can it be special ordered?
Our website is oriented to offer the most popular combinations of materials and colors for our products. Should you have a unique design you're after or a particular material or color, please contact us. We are not a production line but, rather a complete custom shop that offers products as well. It would be our pleasure to work with you in making any item suite your needs.
I have an idea for a great product. Will you add this to your website?
We receive lots of ideas from our customers. Some are great while others are really too complicated to do properly. JPM Coachworks loves to receive ideas. However, keep in mind that we specialize in high end accessories and hand made items. JPM Coachworks is a small shop and usually inexpensive items that require mass production are not feasible.

Sponsorship, Discounts, & Promotions

Do you offer military discounts?
For standard website orders, we are unable to offer military discounts. However, on larger jobs, we love giving those who serve our country a break in price. Discount amounts vary and depend on products ordered, material, and timelines.
Do you sponsor vehicles?
JPM Coachworks will sponsor vehicles on occasion. Sponsored vehicles must offer a guarantee of exposure in a national publication, a review on a television appearance or film, or have other equally recognized exposure. Failure to uphold sponsorship contracts will result in a revocation of sponsorship and the owner will be billed in full for all work performed.
I found a similar item on another website. Will you match the price?
Items from JPM Coachworks have no equal. We use the best in all aspects of our products and do not offer inferior products. Each item is handmade to ensure a quality product and not mass produced. If you can find an item that is priced for less with equal or greater craftsmanship, material, and fit, we would be more than happy to match that price.
I received a gift certificate. How do I redeem it?
All gift certificates must be mailed in to be redeemed. Because of this, orders that use gift certificates must be called in to be placed over the phone. All gift certificates are listed with an expiration date and are not honored past that date.
I would like to order several items, can I have a discount?
No.

Alcantara & Other Materials

Can I get a discount if I order several yards of Alcantara?
Alcantara pricing is fixed and strictly controlled. Discounts are not offered.
Can I order less than a yard of Alcantara or order scrap material or leather?
Unfortunately not. Alcantara is only sold by full yard increments and is not partitioned. In regards to ordering scraps, all of our material is utilized to the fullest and remnants are disposed of.
Do you offer wholesale pricing on Alcantara or other material?
JPM Coachworks only offers wholesale pricing on its fabricated products. Materials are sold as a courtesy to our DIY customers and are not available as wholesale purchases.
Do you use real Alcantara
We use genuine Alcantara and never sell any off brands, substitutes, or imitations. For more information, please see the Alcantara section of our website.
Where does my Alcantara order ship from?
Depending on how much you order, your Alcantara will either ship from our shop, or directly from the import warehouse.
